Malaysia, already the world’s 3rd largest solar manufacturing centre will host SOLAR ASIA 2013 – the International Solar Technology Exhibition & Conference at the Putra World Trade Centre from 17-19 September 2013. SOLAR ASIA 2013 will be the first dedicated event serving the entire spectrum of the solar industry covering PV/Solar Panel, PV Production & Supplies, Integration & Automation and Installation.

Governments across the region have recognized that solar energy is the key renewable energy to address the increasing demand and rising fossil fuels costs. The Malaysian has taken the lead in promoting the adoption of solar energy among industrial, commercial and home users through the various incentives which has generated significant demand for PV. At the same time, the country continues its leading position as a PV manufacturing hub in the region.

To support this growth, the supply chain for PV production will be a key driver to the industry. SOLAR ASIA 2013 is an integrated industry event that will include:
